Pricing & plans
How much does it cost?
Two flat plans cover most sites: $29.99/month for managed WordPress, and $39.99/month for a managed WooCommerce store. Bigger, busier, or more complex sites move up to a dedicated or custom plan, priced to what you actually run. Every plan is the full security-and-care package – you move up for size and speed, never to unlock protection.
Are there setup fees, hidden costs, or price hikes?
No add-ons to unlock protection, no per-visit metering, and no surprise overage bills. The flat price is the price, and it doesn’t spike at renewal – what you pay this year is what you pay next year. Every plan includes a free migration and hands-on tuning when you join.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel anytime?
No long contract – you can cancel anytime. The one honest exception: if you leave within your first 12 months, the one-time onboarding and migration fee we waived becomes payable; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. After that, nothing.
What happens if my traffic spikes?
Nothing on your bill. We don’t meter visits or charge overage fees when traffic jumps. Storage is 10 GB on Managed WordPress and 20 GB on Store. If your site outgrows it, we talk first; never a surprise bill. Bigger sites move to Dedicated or Enterprise, sized to fit.
Care, migrations & security
What does “managed” or “care included” actually mean?
It means we do the hands-on WordPress work for you, not just run the server. We apply and verify WordPress, plugin, and theme updates; apply security fixes; remove malware if anything ever gets in; back your site up off-site 3 times a day; and watch that the site stays online and step in when something needs attention. You get the outcome without the overhead – and it’s the same on every plan.
Do you do migrations? Is it really free?
Yes – free, done for you, with zero downtime. Our crew copies your whole site, sets it up on our servers, tests it against your live site, and switches over without an outage. You approve before we go live. See how our migrations work.
What about backups and security?
Backed up 3 times a day. Each backup goes to a separate off-site cloud, locked for 90 days against changes or deletion. Need more? Backups can run as often as every hour and be kept as long as you like, as an add-on. Security is built in on every plan: a firewall and threat-blocking that stop attacks before they reach your site, nightly malware scanning and removal, login defense that blocks leaked passwords, and blocking 30 kinds of AI bot that copy your content, while search engines are let through. If your site is ever hacked, we clean it – we don’t just tell you it happened.
Can you handle a big, complex, or multi-site setup?
Yes. Bigger sites move to Dedicated or Enterprise. Multiple sites, custom-built front ends, large databases, high-traffic stores, one-of-a-kind setups – we build the hosting around whatever you run, with the same hands-off care. Tell us what you’ve got and we’ll size it to fit.
Do you host WooCommerce stores?
Yes. The $39.99 Store plan is built for WooCommerce. It comes with 20 GB of storage. Payment and shipping connections are kept open through our firewall and tested around the clock. Cart and checkout are never served from a saved copy. After every update we run a real add-to-cart and checkout test, and undo the update if it breaks. We migrate your products, orders, and customers over for you, testing checkout before you go live.
How do I reach support?
Support any hour, by email or from your dashboard. You get a first reply within 15 minutes, any hour. Your request is triaged at once, and most things are fixed on the spot. Anything bigger goes to a senior US-based engineer who knows your site. Clients are also given a phone number in their dashboard. We don’t publish it; it’s for current clients only.
