We apply WordPress, plugin, and theme updates for you – then check the site still looks and works right after every one. If an update ever breaks something, we undo it automatically.

A firewall blocks the common attacks on WordPress before they reach your site, our threat-blocking shuts down bad actors, we scan for malware nightly and clean it if anything gets in, block logins that use leaked passwords, and keep out 30 kinds of AI bot that copy your content, while search engines are let through.
Backups & uptime
Your whole site is backed up 3 times a day. Each backup goes to a separate off-site cloud, locked for 90 days against changes or deletion. We check that your site answers about every 3 minutes, day and night. The programs that serve it restart automatically if one stops, and we step in when something needs a person.
Fast, and always on HTTPS
Every page kept ready to load, pictures made lighter automatically, and a hands-on tune-up when you join. Your dashboard shows your real speed scores for phone and desktop. The HTTPS padlock is set up and renewed automatically.
Support any hour
Support any hour, by email or from your dashboard. You get a first reply within 15 minutes, any hour. Your request is triaged at once, and most things are fixed on the spot. Anything bigger goes to a senior US-based engineer who knows your site. Clients are also given a phone number in their dashboard. We don’t publish it; it’s for current clients only.
